District 7
Membership Application
Back again for 2010 is the standard one fee for one class $25.00 membership card for District 7. This allows the rider a
basic membership in District 7 only. The rider is only eligible for year-end awards in the class for which he or she signs
up for and gets a card. The riders money goes to District 7 in which $10.00 goes directly to the awards fund for year end awards
and another $10.00 goes towards your MRA subscription. If you ride multiple disciplines or multiple classes
you will need to purchase additional cards for each of those classes or disciplines. The cost will be an additional
$5.00 for each class. This is done so we will have additional funds for year end awards. Should you have any questions
please contact AMA District 7 Membership.
Additionally there is a $2.00 fee for registering online. This fee is specifically to cover the paypal transaction fee.

In consideration of being granted an Amateur Competition Card and in consideration of being permitted to participate
as a rider or pitcrew in Amateur events sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association:
| RELEASE, INDEMITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

Applicant acknowledges the substantial risk of injury to person and property arising from participation in
motorcycling events and further acknowledges that such injury and damage can be caused by the negligent acts and omissions
of persons and organizations connected with the conduct of such events. Applicant herby assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury (including death)
to applicant's person or property from any cause whatsoever, whether or not such cause is attributable to the negligence of others.
Applicant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the American Motorcyclist Association,
Motocycling Unlimited of AMA District 7, sponsoring clubs and organization, promoters, officials, fellow participants, land owners, and those acting in their
support or on their behalf from any and all liability arising by a hegligent act or omission or otherwise resulting in personal injury
or property, damage to applicant, applicant's property or applicants family, while participating in motorcycling events or while upon, entering or departing
from the premises upon which such motorcycling events are conducted.
